In-Home and Virtual Personal Training
I began my health and wellness journey at West Chester University, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating in 2008, I worked at Bally Total Fitness and became a Certified Personal Trainer. In 2011, I founded JamieOFitness2go, combining my passion for fitness with a commitment to helping others lead healthier lives. With over 17 years of experience in the industry, I've continually expanded my expertise through numerous courses in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Nutrition, Stress Reduction, Older Adult Fitness, and Women's Hormonal Health. In 2016, I further deepened my knowledge by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Having an in-home personal trainer offers unmatched convenience, bringing expert fitness guidance directly to your doorstep or computer. No more commuting to a gym or adhering to rigid schedules—as your trainer I can work around your time, creating a personalized workout plan that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. Working out from the comfort of your own home provides a relaxed environment, free from distractions, allowing you to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals on your terms.
A personal trainer can design a workout program that’s tailored specifically to your unique goals, fitness level, and any physical limitations you may have. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility, or train for a specific event, a personal trainer crafts a plan that targets your individual needs. By assessing your strengths and weaknesses, they ensure that every exercise is purposeful and effective, helping you progress safely and efficiently. With customized guidance, you’re not following a one-size-fits-all routine—your trainer is with you every step of the way, adapting your program as you grow and reach new milestones.
